1. My FASTer Way to Fat Loss Journey! I got vulnerable this week and shared my journey with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program and shared my news of becoming a certified FWTFL coach! I am so happy with my results, but I am most impressed with the non scale victories of a happier gut, better sleep, and a better relationship with my food choices. I cannot wait to start my first round with you all! If you are interested in more info, be sure to fill out this form!
2.These top skin care habits of women who love their skin. I love my skin, but there are definitely things on this list that I need to start doing to increase my skin-care game! Do you think about wiping down your screens? I know not to let baby tang eat my phone because lord knows all the germs on the device, but what about all the gunk and oil that is getting on my skin?!
3.This plant filled apartment is my dream space! I have started to flip our home decor to all things spring and in-door plants are definitely my inspiration. So far I have kept everything on the top shelves, since there are two tiny hands that like to get into everything. I wonder if I could get away with several of these big floor plants?! Teach him early to appreciate nature vs destroy and pull down?!! I know, easier said then done.
4. This secret sauce at Trader Joes! I dumped this marsala style sauce on gluten free pasta and chicken this week for our church dinner and it was delicious. I needed 0 extra spices and it was done in under 10mins. The macros aren’t too shabby either: 7g fat, 13g carbs, 1g protein.
5. These stasher bags are my go to for prepping snack items for Anthony and myself. I have several types of reusable bags (it is so easy to cut down on your plastic use by implementing more reusable bags!) and the stasher bags are by far the best! The closing mechanism is perfect and you don’t have to worry about once part being open and leaving your food open to the food. They are $$ but worth every single penny! I also love these brown paper bags that are made with recyclable material. Sometimes you need a throw-away bag and I think these are a great eco-friendly option.
